Intoku in Japanese means doing good things to others in secret.
After watching Pay it Forward, I started to ask myself these questions before going to sleep.
- What did you do for others today?
- What have you been helped by others today?
- What did you learn today?
I think these are very powerful questions. They allow us to check in whether we managed to cultivate some virtues such as loving-kindness, gratitude and compassion. At the end of the day, we are here on this planet to help others using our skills and passion.
Take some moments before going to bed to answer these questions!
