07/08/2018 Present Moment

I lit a candle for the aroma pod last night. I bought it up to my bed room and the gorgeous subtle smell of lavender led me to a calm and peaceful sleep.

I'm on 27th floor of Roppongi Hills looking over the amazing foggy and misty landscape. When I look around me, there are a few people who are shaking their legs. Above and under the table these people look very different. It almost like ducks paddling very hard under the water.

I was walking towards the station this morning, it was slightly raining. I saw there were blight flowers along the roadway and the vividness of the color was quite something.

Those small observations help me reflect on the power of present moment. I now feel my heart is beating faster than a few minutes ago. My mind starts to think of today's agenda, todo lists and things that I need to follow up. I bring back my attention to my body and breath. Release the tension of my shoulders and be still. Things are back to normal. This is what I have now.

Thank you for spending your time to read this.
