Raw CCC Mousse by Tottie (Coconut Chocolate Chai)

[Ingredients] (4ppl)

For Coconut choc mousse

  • Avocado: 1.5pc 

  • Raw cocoa powder: 40g (can be substituted by carob powder)

  • Coconut powder: 20g

  • Maple syrup: 80-90cc

  • Vanilla extract: 10cc

For Spice chai cream

  • Raw Cashews: 1cup

  • Medjool dates:2-3pc

  • Water

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger powder

  • Nutmeg

  • Cloves

Other for decollation

  • Blueberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Strawberries

[Instructions]

Preparation: Soak raw cashews in the water for 1-4 hrs to ensure they are clean and creamier

  1. Mix all the ingredients for choc mousse & Chai mousse separately

  2. Put choc mousse in the base of the cup as a first layer (fill the half of the cup)

  3. Put chai mousse on top

  4. Decollate some fruits as toppings

 

*STORE IN A FRIDGE FOR FOR A FEW HOURS
