Raw CCC Mousse by Tottie (Coconut Chocolate Chai)

[Ingredients] (4ppl)
For Coconut choc mousse
Avocado: 1.5pc
Raw cocoa powder: 40g (can be substituted by carob powder)
Coconut powder: 20g
Maple syrup: 80-90cc
Vanilla extract: 10cc
For Spice chai cream
Raw Cashews: 1cup
Medjool dates:2-3pc
Water
Cinnamon
Ginger powder
Nutmeg
Cloves
Other for decollation
- Blueberries
- Mint leaves
- Strawberries
[Instructions]
Preparation: Soak raw cashews in the water for 1-4 hrs to ensure they are clean and creamier
Mix all the ingredients for choc mousse & Chai mousse separately
Put choc mousse in the base of the cup as a first layer (fill the half of the cup)
Put chai mousse on top
Decollate some fruits as toppings
