10/08/2018 Quick Fix Of The State

When I feel "meh...", and need to address the state quickly, what I do is just straightening my spine to stand straight, rolling my shoulders back and down. It makes me feel that I own the space in front of my chest area which helps me breath deeply.

It sometimes feels hard to do so but putting an extra effort then you will feel a bit better. If you want to feel extra calm, take a very conscious slow breath in/out as if this is the last breath you could take.
