12/08/2018 Fasting Buddy

I went to Hakone last weekend to be in nature and spend some quality and calm time.  The word  "Sabbath" is manifesting very well recently.

There are a couple of people in my team who do intermittent fasting so we decided to leverage ourself to help each other do deeper into the healthy habit. 

Weekend is usually a better time to do fasting but we do some experiment and see how we feel. 

So today's rule is

  1.  No food until dinner (we can do complete fasting if we feel like)
  2. Drink a lot of water and herbal tea (caffeine makes you less hungry so my friend drinks coffee but I don't)
  3. Take it easy and stay warm (as fasting makes you feel very cold especially hands and foot)

I love summer clothes but today I'm waring a shirt with long sleeves (the max temperature will be  33 degrees today...!)

Very timely manner, I got a news that one of the most inspirational person on this earth I've ever know is launching his webinar about strengthen our own intuition soon and I think it's perfect to revise my daily routine and eating habit.
