Fortunately, I have mindful people around me and especially for weekends, my friends understand me when we sponteniously decide what we do together.
For instance, if someone asks me I'm thinking of going to a yoga class tomorrow morning and you are welcome if you are free! Then I could say 'Oh, what a lovely idea! I'd love to but not sure if I can wake up early tomorrow as I'm pretty tired now. Let me see how I feel like it tomorrow!'
This approach was again inspired by my dearest friend, Patrick as he doesn't usually plan things ahead and let his intuition and present moment decide what is appropriate.
Of course it is not always that easy as we live in the society and we have commitment, rules, expectations and manners but when you have proper time, pause and see how you really feel like to do. It can be a little retreat time for you :)
